Insurance
Our therapists are in network with most health insurance plans and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
Your individual health plan will need to be verified prior to beginning services.
Our office can also provide a superbill (upon request) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
*Our office is not responsible for denied claims.
Cancellation Policy
Failure to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result in a late cancellation fee of $125.
Rates for NJ & TX
Individual therapy sessions are $125 for a 50 minute session. In the occasion a session must surpass the allotted time an additional prorated rate will apply.
Our office does accept Crime Victim Compensation (CVC) in the State of Texas.
